e'Clean

Most employees do not like cleaning after a long working shift. Eversys can store one month’s worth of cleaning tablets, dispensed daily through an automatic distribution unit. This ensures that health and safety rules are maintained as well as safe-guarding the machine's optimum performance.

Consistency

Once the flavour profiles and recipes have been professionally established, the e´Barista system reproduces them effortlessly through electronic control and adjustment of the grinder and powder quantity.

e'Foam

One of the most difficult tasks in the production of milk-based products is the frothing of milk. With e’foam, Eversys introduce both steam and air to produce the microfoam sought after by leading barista. The operator can then focus on latte art display, in the secure knowledge that the foam will be of premium texture and taste.

Space

The Eversys range of machines optimises space through its patented brewing system. Ranging from 28 – 84 cms, the range can produce between 175 – 525 products per hour, whilst respecting the established market norms of extraction.

The e`Barista system, rather than replacing baristas, elevates them to a super barista level by providing them with the ability to set up the core components of optimal in-cup quality, whilst letting the machine repro​duce their creations, time after time.

The company’s ERP can fetch the telemetry data via the e’Connect API. There are different levels of data (machine data, view data, and dashboard data).

  • Plan interventions on machines with a rating that is too low (e.g. ETC rating)

Payment Extension

By using only a little external controller you can implement a payment solution using the machine display for user interaction.

 

You have the flexibility to select whatever payment system you wish to provide. You have full control of the messages displayed on the screen.

Vending machines

In this case, our e’API is used to providing full remote control on your device. Our machine is often not visible and becomes a module, a part of a bigger solution.

Super Traditional

Consistent Coffee Quality
The Extraction Time Control (ETC) is a software-based Quality Control System that gives the customer the ability to manage and control brand standards, through its intelligent algorithm, ensuring the highest Quality, Consistency and Reliability of each product. With multiple sites and regular turnover in staff, the consistency of the product can vary greatly. The ETC provides you with the ability to not only monitor but also to control and influence all of your key parameters remotely, providing a familiar customer experience.
In-Cup Quality
Type in the dose of coffee you need, how much water to pass through, and a desired brewing time, hit calibrate, and the equipment will adjust the grinder to achieve this target. Also, the machine guides your operator on his daily routine by forcing recalibration every morning with the push of a single button. The self-calibration will tailor your coffee products to fit the bespoke nature of your business and ensure consistency of your in-cup quality time and again.

Technology
Eversys equipment is built in modules, ensuring rapid access for technical intervention with minimal downtime and reduced maintenance costs.
The Grinder Module
Eversys machines are equipped with two grinders allowing for two parallel recipes to be set up at a time, and you can even choose to dose some powder from each grinder and produce it through a singular extraction. The ventilation, which is set below the bean hoppers, drives out unwanted heat and moisture. Electronic control maintains consistency of product throughout the day.
The Brewing Unit
The brewing chamber holds up to a significant 24 g of coffee, allowing for a wide range of brewing recipes. The Reverse extraction brewing system optimises powder efficiency as the espresso is produced.
The Steam / Water Unit
The steam / water unit provides temperature consistency and unsurpassed productivity.
The Milk Module
Milk is frothed with steam - like a traditional barista - through a set of reactors, ensuring optimal texture and taste.
The Hydraulic Module
The hydraulic module is dedicated to the sole production of coffee, 1.6 litres of water guarantee unfettered productivity.

1.5 step

1.5 Step Programme

Our 1.5 Step is a new milk option that allows you to create perfect milk-based products without having much training. The system automatically dispenses the frothed milk through the wand at the same time as the espresso is being poured into the cup. With the help of a perfectly textured milk, staff are then able to create latte art designs. Due to its proficient technology, the machine dispenses the correct quantity of milk each time, reducing wastage.

e'Levelling System

Automatic levelling is the ability to initiate a movement to the brew chamber, creates a vibration which enables the powder in the chamber to spread more evenly, which leads to a better, more consistent extraction. This movement is a replica of what the barista does- taps the portafilter, after grinding up fresh beans in order to render the powder more compact.

1-Step Programme

Designed to be straight forward, our 1-Step option enables milk foam to be directly poured into the cup at the press of a button.

 

The milk comes from a refrigerated element, up through the machine to be steamed, aerated and dispensed through the spout into the cup with no human intervention necessary.

1 step programme

1.5 Step Programme

Our latest innovation is the 1.5-Step, where the machine separates the dispensing of the milk and the espresso products, providing a milk foam dispensing arm that enables you to automatically create the perfect foam at the same time as your espresso is being poured into your cup. This programme enables you to create latte art with no barista trained skill and is also waste conscious as it only uses the exact quantity needed every single time.

2-Step Programme

Lastly, we have our 2-Step option which is a traditional steam arm, allowing you to texture the milk by product type using a conventional wand. This programme presents you with 3 different ways to achieve this.

 

The first, is to manually steam and aerate the milk. The second, is to aerate and steam the milk with the support of a temperature probe, making the wand stop when it has completed its job at the correct temperature. The third and final option, is to leave a milk pitcher underneath the steam arm, and at the press of a button the machine will do all of the work for you.

Coming on board in “The Year of the Tiger” ,2022, I look forward to the challenges that my new role has to offer.


In an industry which I have enjoyed previously as a business development executive, experiencing many achievements along the way, I cannot wait to contribute to the success of my new employer, Tiger Oceania .


After working for several years with a direct competitor, I have full understanding of where the commercial coffee machine market is going.


I have no doubt, joining Tiger Oceania Oceania is a smart move on my part and having a newly created role that includes making informed decisions for key accounts that will heavily rely on my knowledge-based experience is a perfectly timed investment for Tiger Oceania .


Also, working with a highly motivated team of professionals that aspire to grow the business model for the betterment of coffee quality and consistency in store, I relish the opportunity to contribute to a “What’s in the cup that counts” philosophy.

 

The opportunity for Thomas to nurture current Key Accounts as well as attract new ones in Tiger Oceania Oceania is crucial to the new sales focus within the organization.


The opportunity arose for Tiger Oceania to utilize the 15 plus years of skills and experience that includes logistics and operational management as well as supply and tendering negotiations in the highly completive area of commercial operations including restaurants, quick service restaurants (QSR), convenience and hospitality sectors.


Thomas will now play a key role in providing the Sales organization with the relationship and contact experience required to understand and manage the complexities of each corporate client utilizing the technology, data and overall support that Tiger Oceania offers.
